A正确（were going to send也是正确的）。
但不理解为何B和C不正确呢？
句子开头应该是：I was told...
主句是转述类动词（told），虽然是一般过去时，从句也可以用目前时间或以后时间范畴的时态。又由于 next week 尚将来到，所以，用are/is going to send 是允许的。
shall 表以后，仅限于第一人称 I 和 we。别的人称用 shall 不表示以后，而是“义务”或其他意思。因为 the company 是第三人称，依据句意，这里不合适用shall。
